My name is Megan McDaniel, CEO & Founder of TopTier™ Local Digital Growth.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio & now a proud resident of Northern Kentucky, I care deeply about the local business community. I’ve seen firsthand how hard business owners work to build something meaningful, & I believe they deserve a marketing partner who respects that.
I created TopTier while pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Marketing, alongside a Business minor — right in the middle of gaining hands-on experience inside the marketing industry. As an Honors student & consistent Dean’s List recipient, I’ve always believed strategy should be intentional, informed, & built on real understanding — not guesswork.
Early in my industry experience, I quickly noticed a pattern I didn’t agree with — businesses being oversold, locked into rigid structures, & offered services that didn’t always align with their actual goals. It didn’t sit right with me. So I built TopTier differently.
My philosophy is simple: strategy before sales, transparency before contracts, & partnership before profit. You should understand where your money is going. You should feel confident in the strategy behind every recommendation. And you should only invest in services that truly align with your vision.
